1.1. This Cookie Policy of MB "Su idėja" (hereinafter referred to as the "Cookie Policy") applies to the use of cookies on the website of MB "Su idėja" (hereinafter referred to as the "Community") at https://idealink.tech (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). The Cookie Policy applies in conjunction with the Community's Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.

  • explains how and for what purposes cookies are used on the Website;
  • informs you of your rights as a data subject and how to exercise them.

In processing your personal data, we comply with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, and other laws and regulations governing the processing and protection of personal data and their proper implementation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the General Data Protection Regulation).

II. BASIC PRINCIPLES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED THROUGH COOKIES

2.1. The information we collect about you depends on the information provided when cookies are used.

2.2. By using the Website, you are not obliged to provide us with any Personal Data (to consent to the use of cookies), however, it is possible that in such a case, some of the functions of the Website may not work.

2.3. We collect Personal Data that you provide when you use the Website, i.e.: Website Usage Data - data collected using cookies, as set out in the table in Clause 3.2 of the Cookie Policy.

2.4. The Data Controller shall, both when establishing the means of processing Personal Data and during the processing itself, implement appropriate technical and organisational measures for data protection as provided for by law, in order to protect the Personal Data processed against accidental or unlawful destruction, destruction, damage, alteration, loss, disclosure, as well as against any other unauthorised processing. The appropriate measures shall be determined taking into account the risks arising from the processing of Personal Data.

In addition, access to technical records may be available to Community partners who provide content management tools or hosting services for the Community Website.

3.6. You can change your cookie settings in the following ways:

"Google Chrome"

  1. Open ⋮ > Settings.
  2. Select Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data on the left. Here you can:
    • Block all or third-party cookies;
    • Allow cookies only for selected websites ("Add");
    • Delete existing cookies: See all site data → Remove or Clear browsing data.
  3. Changes take effect immediately - please refresh the page.

"Mozilla Firefox"

  1. Click ≡ > Settings → Privacy & Security.
  2. Under Cookies and Site Data:
    • Check Block cookies and site data (select the level "Custom" / "Strict");
    • Click Manage Data... and manually delete cookies for a specific site;
    • To have cookies removed automatically, tick Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed.

Microsoft Edge (Chromium)

  1. Click ⋯ > Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
  2. Select Manage and delete cookies and site data:
    • Disable the Allow sites to save and read cookie data switch - all cookies will be blocked;
    • to keep only first-party cookies, turn off Block third-party cookies;
    • Optionally, See all cookies and site data → Remove specific cookies.

Safari (macOS/iOS)

  • macOS: Safari > Settings → Privacy → tick Block all cookies (or Manage Website Data → Remove).
  • iOS/iPadOS: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → Remove All Website Data (or swipe left on a specific domain and click Delete).

IV. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

4.1. Please be informed that as a Data Subject you have the following rights:

  • 4.1.1. to know (be informed) about the processing of your Personal Data, to have access to the processing of your Personal Data;
  • 4.1.2. to be informed from what sources and what Personal Data have been collected, for what purpose they are processed, and to which recipients they are and have been provided;
  • 4.1.3. to request the rectification of the processing of his/her Personal Data if the data is inaccurate and/or incomplete;
  • 4.1.4. to request the erasure of his/her Personal Data or the suspension (restriction) of the processing of his/her personal domains if the Personal Data processed is excessive, the Data Subject withdraws consent or there is another sufficient reason for this;
  • 4.1.5. to receive, in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format, Personal Data relating to you that you have provided to the Company and to transmit that data to another controller, or to require us to transmit such Personal Data directly to another controller where technically feasible (right to data portability, if applicable).
  • 4.1.6. to withdraw your consent to allow processing of your Personal Data;
  • 4.1.7. to object to the processing of your Personal Data where the processing is carried out for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller. In this case, the Data Controller undertakes not to process such Personal Data any longer, unless the Data Controller processes such Personal Data for legitimate reasons which override your interests and the reasons given for objecting to the processing of Personal Data or for the establishment or defence of legal claims.

4.2. You may contact the Data Controller regarding the rights set out in paragraph 4.1 by email at info@idealink.tech or directly at the registered office address.

4.3. You must submit a written request to the Data Controller for the provision of the information or actions referred to in paragraph 4.1 of this Cookie Policy, together with a document proving your identity or by means of electronic communications established by law which allow you to be duly identified by means of a legally established electronic communication means.

5.1. If you have any questions or complaints regarding this Cookie Policy, you may contact the Data Controller at the email address indicated in Section 4.2 of the Cookie Policy. You may also contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate if you have a complaint, although we will endeavour to resolve all situations with you first.

We will inform you of the changes by posting an updated version of the Cookie Policy on the Website. For this reason, we recommend that you periodically visit our Website, where you will always find the most up-to-date version of the Cookie Policy.
